High-frequency switching power supply module 
 1. Briefly 
 Our independent research and development FRDZ series of intelligent high-frequency switching power supply, is designed for power system design, with "four remote" features high-frequency switching power supply, the module small, light weight, high efficiency and reliability. Products include more than 220V models, with standard RS-485 interface, easy-to-butt and automation systems for various types of substations, power plants and hydropower. 
 2. Module Features 
 ? high efficiency, the module efficiency can reach 95% to 96%. 
 ? Light weight, small size. 
 ? a "three-phase passive power factor correction circuit", enter the no center line, the power factor up to 0.94. 
 ? Automatic Current with isolation and inequality mobility machine <± 3%, can guarantee a good twenty units or more modules and machines. 
 ? Built-in DC output isolation diode module, users do not need peripherals. 
 ? module has RS-485 interface, easy access to automation systems to communicate. 
 ? module for the LED digital display, respectively, set the display toggle button, the manual regulator button, DIP switch, simple operation. 
 ? Output over-voltage protection: built-in protection circuit, an overvoltage lock automatically after the module, module fault indicator light, fault module automatically quit working, does not affect the normal operation of the whole system; over-voltage protection point: 220V to 320V ± modules 5%, 110V module is 160V ± 5%. 
 ? Output current limit protection: maximum output current of each module is limited to 1.05 times the rated output current. 
 ? Short circuit protection: The way to limit retraction sagging, the module current output characteristics shown in Figure 1-1, output short circuit module in an instant when the output voltage down to zero, limiting short-circuit current at rated output current 15%. Module can be long-term work in the short-circuit condition, not damaged, troubleshooting, modules can be automatically restored after the work. 
 ? protection modules in parallel: parallel protection circuit inside the module, the module automatically when you exit the system failure will not affect the other modules work. 
 ? Over temperature protection: module detects heat sink temperature exceeds about 85 ℃ when the automatic shutdown protection and temperature, after the module automatically.
